Dreams

Ok so much going on at this time. So much. Life goes dependent where one's morals stand. To some getting employed is a dream come true, and of course I can use a job and can work for an organization, but I am proud of myself for starting an organization. Something drastically important I learned while starting my own organization is the amount of heritage and culture that is stored mentally for a top tier corporate. Now since Zub8eti is my new company/startup, my heritage line is being built everyday to create a sharp legacy line where kids look up to it. Some loyal, some disloyal to it, some don't care, some care, now the idea is to use this heritage line and create a corporate infrustrcuture myself. Now a hard task, as again, no force, but many need jobs all the time. This corporate at heart has a lot of potential and does come with my heritage corporate line, but the point I'm trying to make is what do we look up to when we dream. As a kid I looked up to an NBA organization, now I have my own organization in the USA. That is a huge deal, but in order for me to create that stigma, it takes capital. People always need jobs. So now first thing first, anyone's mind who isn't in the right place mentally due to financials and really loving financials have to leave as $1B is not a lot of capital at heart. Although sometimes my head away from capital funds, so sometimes thinking about my finances, now the thought process becomes how to use my corporate tech line and my heritage line to create that same fantasy I had as a kid for the NBA. Now when I have a kid, the hope here is woah that's Zub8eti, I would love to work for him. Remember though, that only comes from a serious legacy. Also the way the legacy is used. At this time, my corporate company is NYC driven, the concept here is to create an overleverage type situation, one company with the same wow. Once we dive deep into the corporate capital, then we'll have a standing foundation similar to the NBA or a top tier prestigious organization. Obviously a while to go, it's time to think with capital funds with the heritage, so Princeton University technically is under an Ivy Organization, so that shows you how far behind we really are when it comes to corporate finance. The capital is needed right away for my organization Zub8eti, and obviously when it goes to top tier capital, I would be used on salary, a serious delusion in our world that has tarnished. All it would be is me on salary with some shares and many people employed with exceptions in the community left and right so this way we don't throw people away, we use whatever talent we have to create proper growth. Always use people's talent, regardless what skill level and never throw it away. Real life situations and it's time to use people and excite them for a concept similar to things we fascinate to as a kid. That takes a consistent relationship and time, but I do think time is running thin, so the sooner the better. Do own Zub8eti, can handle franchise capital myself and obviously with a proper lawyer team in house, a proper engineering team in house, proper adjustments in corporate would be made and things would be rebuilt. Maybe rather than even building, one can think about licensing out all the restaurants that are going day by day and taking a cut. That's the right way to think but so many need capital it's time to progress.
