NYC and Where Our Future Is Headed

NYC

They call NYC the jungle-- A place where it’s killed or be killed. In Manhattan, NYC, New York is a fast-paced environment where people enjoy their lives every single day and are focused on paying their bills, making relationships, and making sure that they enjoy life. On the other side, homicide alerts left and right, one of the most dangerous places to live on earth. The perspective of NYC is up to the beholder and what tax demographic one fits in. Everyone in the jungle knows NYC is the most expensive place on earth. The value of living in NYC, should not be underestimated. There is no place on living earth like NYC.

Status of NYC

As of late, NYC has been much more safe and much more gentrified. Ever since COVID-19, the crime rate has dropped, things have become more peaceful, and people from all cultures, religions, and races are getting along better. A lot has to do with overseas investigating ad agency issues and trying to see how people can live peacefully together. The idea of people investigating is to see how we can improve our world in the future and what new concepts we can create. Also, the rise of the United Kingdom/Saudi Arabia in NYC specifically has increased safety in NYC rather than creating more crime as NYC is always thinking fast. When one is engulfed in the jungle, they are engulfed in the jungle, so overseas has helped dramatically in covering the violence issues in NYC, the things we don't see even during the war. Millions of protests were going on about the war, but the United Kingdom/Saudi Arabia always stayed out of it and worked on gentrification to help NYC rather than cause havoc.

Ad Agencies

In NYC, ad agencies make millions of dollars off the “lights”. Since more and more immigrants are coming into our country every single day, more freedom is granted and more are learning how to improve these lights. The lights are important to our world, but NYC is still going through reconstruction, and a lot has to do with the rise of the smartphone. More and more each day are focused on their cellular device and fast-paced news and focused on how they can profit rather than what is in the present. Millions of people put their heads down and focus on the phone rather than what's going on in society. People are quick to pull their smartphones out and take a picture of NYC rather than display art and communicate with each other.

Our Future in NYC

NYC in the future is going to be ok but the biggest fear is whether it will be able to reconstruct. So many focused on their phones avoiding issues. Naturally, the sea levels in NYC, are not so good either as there is a chance of overall flooding in the future. This doesn’t have to do with people plotting, but more of where our corporate structure is in the world as many are wired "killed or be killed" due to having to pay their bills. Also AI, flying cars, and things of that nature are where things are going, but with so many buildings in NYC, this is a tough task. Digital road map prints, flying cars, the prediction is we are going to have to think around nature as sadly no one is fascinated much by nature these days. The future of NYC is in our hands. The Mentality of NYC

The mentality of NYC is gritty. It’s a mentality where every person is for him/herself. The rent in NYC is expensive, so people are always usually caught up in debt. Something that is not easy to deal with. It’s important to understand the dynamic in NYC because they have a really quick mentality. Where one must move fast and one must move with sharp poise. These days this doesn’t exist as the culture is becoming more violent every single day and people don’t have a sense of direction. Obviously, some are doing just fine and some are not doing the best. That’s just the way NYC is. Think about all the companies in the world. So many companies so many people that it’s so easy to forget about the people who have helped, who have died, and who have gone through many things. So the way the mentality works is if you’re alive wherever you’re from one wishes the best. It’s really important to think that way especially when one has been in NYC. The way it works is everyone is so fast-paced. With fast-paced, people are always on the go. That is the mentality of NYC. The only way this mindset changes is with an overleverage. Also, it's important who one overleverages with. At this specific time, the best person to overleverage within New York City is Hassan due to the amount of freedom granted at this time and the amount of fame worldwide. The idea here is to create a company that brings that New York feel and gives people more freedom to create their concepts on Zub8eti. At this time, Hassan is writing himself, but we would love to get other writers to freely express how their lives is going, what their dreams are, and who they care for. Everyone in life has a dream, and Zub8eti is an organization that is open to other people's dreams. That's how one big dream is built. One does have to work to have a sharp mindset as well to retain certain characteristics so their soul doesn't die, but now the mindset is to think around the concepts one made. Having other organizations under Zub8eti. For example, having top-tier record labels tuck in under Zub8eti and resetting our world since they cater to him. This is the best way to continue growth in NYC and a better safer life.
